Rescheduling

I understand life happens, and I also understand sometimes it’s hard to get out of bed. As long as you give me notice, I will reschedule without any extra charge. Your deposit will also carry over to your next appointment.

Cancellations

If you cancel within 48 hours, you will be automatically refunded if you paid a deposit on your appointment. Any appointment cancelled after 48 hours will not be refunded. Any appointments cancelled day of will be invoiced for half of the appointment cost and will not be able to rebook until invoice is paid.

No Shows

If you miss your appointment with no notice, you will be invoiced for full appointment cost and will not be able to rebook until it is paid. If a card is on file, that card will be charged.

Please Note

I am a small business owner, and do everything by myself. From booking, scheduling, inventory, and working behind the chair. If you don’t show up to your appointment, I don’t get paid that day. Please show respect for my time and I will give the same in return. <3
